HORIZON SCHOOL ANNOUNCEMENTS
GREAT START CONFERENCE
When you register this school year, you will also sign up for a 45-minute Great Start Assessment Conference that will be held on August 25th, 26th and 27th. The purpose of this conference is to complete the first individual reading assessment for your child. Because these assessments can be lengthy, this time does not include a parent conference.

While your child is being assessed, parents are welcome to drop off school supplies in their child's locker and common supplies can be left on tables that will be outside the classroom in the hallway.  We ask that parents then head down towards the cafeteria to talk with the bus company, meet with administrators and get any questions answered that you may have regarding registration, school year, etc.
